Make a Choklate Cake
You need:
100g butter
2 ½ dl granulated sugar
2 egg
1 ½ dl flour
3 T(blsp) cacao
1 tsp vanilla
Decorate the cake with icing sugar.
Serve with wipped cream or ice cream and fruit.
Do like this:
Put the oven on 175 degrees. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Lift the saucepan of the stove. Mix the sugar and the eggs, mix it well. Then put in the oter ingredient and mix it well. Pour the cake mixture in a bowel, about 24 cm in diameter. Have the cake in the middle of the oven when you bake it, ca 20 minutes. Let the cake cool. Then powder the cake with icing sugar.
